Hello,
I have created a vb program and am looking to sell it
to another larger company with more resources to market
it.
Does anyone know of any companies that are actively looking
for program to purchase?
Thank you

copyright it first, If you don't want to go through all the legal copyrighting stuff (which takes a while) put all the source code and the compiled EXE on a disk (or CD if possible) then post it to yourself by registered letter, and don't open it. This is proof that you wrote this code by the date it was posted. (If it goes to court you can open it in front of the judge, but it won't go to court because you have that evidence) This means that if you send it to someone they can't just steal the code.

hmmmm
ej Sam do you think this is enough to protect your code?
is it really hard to copyright your code?

I assume its due to the extensive research required to make sure that part of your product isnt violating copyright of another's , as well as depending on what you are trying to copyright. Other than that, the postage idea is pretty good. Unless they can try to forge that they created it prior(which I doubt).
