Ok, how do I set something to appear only if they DON'T have a VBScript-compatible browser?
Something like the <noframes> tag on a frames page...

Umm... I don't think there's a command like that, however what I would do is make 2 pages (a waste of space, I know) and write up a little JS prog which would direct them to one if they had IE, and the other if they had anything else.
