Does anyone have any idea of how I could implament the Acrobat ActiveX, in a mener that would insert graphic input created by the printer, and have it all be a hidden proccess that generates a *.pdf file?

Acroreader
The AcroReader ActiveX component can be used view/print only. Adobe reserves the ability to create PDF files to those who purchase the product from them, the AcroReader is free. If you purchase the full blown product you can set it up as a "printer" on a machine and print to it. I haven't checked into your particular need, but it may be possible to do it without user input. There are also various conversion utilities available from the Web if you search.
