What I see is Microsoft Windows Common Controls-3 6.0
When I Check it and click OK or APPLY I get the following error

Error in loading DLL

I tried registering the control with

regsvr32.exe comct332.ocx

and get this error

LoadLibrary("comct332.ocx") failed
GetLastError returns 0x00000485

Any Suggestions?
