    Red face hi .. shortcut 4 comment the lines or block in vb

    hi all
    Is there any shortcut to comment a line or comment out the selected block without using mouse .. just like we use .. ctrl+A to select whole modules line .. and Ctrl+S to save the project ...

    Please help me on this matter ...

    Sorry pawan jain, I don't think there is a keyboard shortcut for this. I've been looking for one myself for a long time

    yes there is.

    if you right click on the toolbars and make sure that the Edit toolbar is showing, then select a block on text and click on the Comment Block button. same applies for doing the reverse

    well then why not just customize the Edit menu itself, at the Comment Block command to it and stick a & under one of the letters. (i.e. the "m")

    You then get ALT+E followed by ALT+M followed by Return.

    there ya go, 1 keyboard shortcut

    Could also edit the comment button.
    Add the menus to your toolbar.
    Place an ampersand to one of the letters.
    Set the property to image and text.

    So you do not need to click ALT E first.
