    VBScript.Encode

    i'm looking at some asp files and alot of the code looks like this

    <%=#@~^CwAAAA==~M/crKD:r#MgMAAA==^#~@%>
    at the top of the page there is this

    Language=VBScript.Encode
    can anyone explain this to me?
