Text Files, in Form and Project area

when ever I download a source file from vb world.com, I always see a text file in the section i vb where all the forms are and where the projects are. the window above the properties window. Do any of you know how to make that? I hope I was clear.

Try the following:

• Right click in the Project Area
• Select Add File...
• At the bottom of the box, there is a CheckBox called Add As Related Document. Make sure this is checked.
• Browse for your Readme.txt file and click Open
