If you look in Tools | Additional Controls... you should find a DBGrid Control. Mine is at C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DBGRID32.OCX.
Is that what you want?

Are you wanting to use this in Excel? I just went to Tools > Additional Controls (Like WorkHorse stated) and "DB Grid Control" was listed. I am using Office XP Pro and mine is at C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DBGRID32.OCX with a version date of 06/24/98.

Yes, that's what I'm trying to do in word, but whenever I want to insert it in a frame, it says "... incorrect licence".
It's indeed that dbgrid32.ocx (version 5.1.81.4).
I looked it over in the internet and there was someone else with the same problem and he said it was solved by copying a file DBGrid32.LIC to the system32 dir.
I'm using the regular office, not the developer version.
