I installed Win98 a while ago, then linux. A few days ago I installed Win2k and made two partitions, one NTFS and one FAT32. I want to take space away from the FAT32 one and give it to NTFS. However, when I try to run PM, it gives me an error 117: cannot read drive letter, or some such. So I deleted my Linux partitions in the hope that it would cure that. I still get the error, however. Any ideas as to how I can delete or resize partitions? I don't want to have to wipe my disk, but I will if I have to.

If this problem is due to something minor, you will be able to run PM from DOS or MS-DOS mode under Windows.
Running from bootable rescue diskettes is the safest & easiest way to run PM from DOS. PM has an option to make these diskettes if they were not made during PM install.
