getting my new burner to work

    hi

i just purchased a new burner today 16X10X40 for £60 and it will be runningin my linux box and for linux to work the burner it needs to pretend that it is SCSI and to do this i need a specific module i need the "scsi-ide" module but i don't know where i can get them from

so i am asking if anyone knows where i can get the specific module

    thanks

Some people have told me they don't think a fat penguin really embodies the grace of Linux, which just tells me they have never seen a angry penguin charging at them in excess of 100mph. They'd be a lot more careful about what they say if they had.

    Get these: Mozilla Opera OpenBSD
I have books for sale: "MCSD in a Nutshell" and "VB Distributed Exam Cram" - PM me for details. Will also trade for a decent ATX Pentium 2 MB/CPU/RAM combo.

well i got it working now, turned out that the line that i had to append to lilo.conf, was in the wrong place, i put it in the bottom and it had to be in the top of the file, oh well all working now
