Does Outlook Express (version 5.00.2919.6700) support any command line switches?

I want to run it without showing the splash screen and immediately check for new messages.

I'm gonna have ICQ run a program that launches it (minimized) when ICQ detects an internet connection - but I want it to load silently without disturbing me...it'll just sit on the taskbar patiently waiting. Maybe I'll let it make it's little noise when new mail comes in
