web App using VB.net

hi

i have windows Xp pro and vs.net beta...
i am new to web app and IIS.....
i have created a site khalik and set all rights

when i start a webapplication using vs.net
i get a message cannot set restrict access folder bin ... it say i can do it manual using internet service manager now where is this internet service manager and how do i set the rights

can any one help me out

You need to make sure your anonymous access user is khalik\ASPNET NOT IUSR_..... Make sure the ASPNET user also has read rights on your web directories. I have no idea why Microsoft changed this.
