    stopping fowarded emails in AOL

first off, I don't have AOL my mom does.
she called me last night and and wanted to know how to stop forwards from coming into her email program.

I have neve used AO hell so i didn't know what to tell her.

what she needs to be able to do is not accept forwards BUT she can't just block the sender because it is her brother and she still wants to receive mail from him. just not his fowarded crap.

    is this possible to do?

and don't just tell me that aol sucks and she should get something else. she has to use aol because they are the only people w/ a 800 number that she can call from anywhere in the world. she is retired and travels ALOT.

    thanks!

    No you can't do that.

I'd best say to tell your mom to get a real ISP
    I'm bringing geeky back...

    exactly filburt1.....

she uses aol because she travels to the middle of freakin nowhere and they are the only isp that allows her to use a 800 number to call in.....

there may be more now but not when she first started....

anyways, i tell her everytime she calls that aol sucks and whenever she asks me a question about something i usually tell her it is because of aol.....

it is impossible for an email client to tell if something is a forward AFAIK because it's the same as any other email; usually an "Fwd:" or similar is added to the beginning of the subject but you can't rely on that.

AOL might be able to examine the subject for "Fwd:" but as I say it wouldn't not be very reliable.

The easiest solution is to get her to tell him to stop sending them - repeatedly - until he gets the idea.

My Solution: Put the old guy in a home that doesn't allow computers.

My Solution 2: Throw holy water at him.
My evil laugh has a squeak in it.
