    IS this computer worth the price?

    US$219 - what do you guys think? I can probably pick up the second CPU for under US$40.

    You get everything except the OS and peripherals, thats a not a bad price, especially with the SCSI. With a second CPU it should be a good workstation.

    And I have the OS and peripherals already anyway. I might want to invest in another KVM switch, and Dell says it'll run Windows 2000 (or I'll try Linux or BSD on it first). I think I might buy it if its still available in a week or two.

    You did see that it's a dell right? It looks good to me too, a dual would be nice even though it's not super fast.

    I saw that it's a Dell AND an Intel, but it's $210 for a dual-capable system which isn't bad. It's not a new system and for $210 it's a great deal...

    Personal thing...

    Don't like Dells for a "main computer" since they are limited by nonstandard architectures and designs, piss-poor cooling, and little or no expansion..besides that they are usually way overpriced.
