ok as much as I know about this subject is that first you have to login to your account through your browser on surecity and create your mysql for the first time on your account other than that I don't know, I emailed the webmaster asking for info on this topic for you and he answered in a couple of lines and that was:

the full path to your database is the same as your cgi path. Check out our faq for that. Go to resources to learn more about it

anymore help you will have to email the webmaster yourself and ask for further instructions.
