    How do people spoof????

    How are people spoofing IP headers, computer names, etc. etc.?? Are they using VB, C++, Java?? Is there a prefered way of doing it??

    I'm just curious. I know it sounds malicious, but it's interesting.......

    The components to do that seem to be mostly written in C.
