ok general vb question

ok went home from work the other day the setup of vb was perfect the next day i have chaos... my windows dont dock with vb my toolbars dont either is there a way to re setup that info?

Right-click on the window(s) in question and tick the dockable menu option.

Try this:
Click Tools|Options and on the Docking tab and check all boxes there.

ok now how do i dock the forms so they fit within visual basic?

Just drag the window to one of the MDI window borders.
