I've just formatted my hd where windows was on and ive reinstalled windows too.
But there's 1 prob: vb6 (on my other hd) wont run anymore:
    "unexpected error: quitting".
I dont got the cd (heheh guess why :P) so my question is: is there a pack with dlls etc.
of vb 6, so it will run again?
    Thanks!

It could be a real pain trying to install each file individually. VB depends on many files. Check out this List of Components. You will need some other files to have your VB up and running again. The best solution is - REINSTALL VB.

If after working really hard on a program and putting it up for sale, you found that people were stealing copies, how would you feel?

    Ok thanks for you replies.
I've just fixed the problem by reinstalling vb5 .
About those illegal copies: I'm not going to pay Microsoft (they DONT work hard on their programs)! Microsoft makes BUTT software (Windows) and BUTT Games (Midtown Madness) and it just steals other small companies' ideas, BUYS those companies. There is a law suit going on, remember???

I'm totally disgusted with this crap that MS puts out and became the defacto standard because Bill Gates was in the right place at the right time.
Does anyone know a visual package to develop for X-Windows? LINUX is free and works as advertised.
I need to find a website that I could be VirtuallyLINUX

Eek, if you want to steal software, do it right -- get a burner!

If MS makes 'butt' products, why do you develop in VB? If you want to program in Java with some nasty dos/unix screen because it's so 'great', be my guest
