What install package did you use? I have Visual Studio Installer 1.1, which has eliinated alot of those problems that people talk about with Windows 2000 installs...

As I said. This Installer has Propertes Windows Inteface like in VB, which makes it more wasy to use, and auto creates dependencies. You can add files and folders, and decide where to install them. Very good interface.

I personally don't like VStudio installer... too many of those crappy features for one simple software... who needs repair and all that crap ... i just want my software to be installed on the user's system and thats all!! I use a very flexible but powerful tool call inno Setup... just love it and works great for me... very easy to use and just what u would need... best of all.. its free

Microsoft Web Site free download for Studio Users...
I have used P&D, INNO, and Visual Studio and find VS alot easier to setup.
cafeenman : I did use you suggestions when using P&D, but could not get my app to install, until I used VS. Have you ever used it?
