    hi everyone, does anyone know how to obtain a list of all the available dial up connections?

    Go here: http://www.catalyst.com and download their program. They include samples which lists the available Internet Dialup Connections using their ocx/dll. (which you probably don't want to use someones ocx/dll. But if someone has something better, than that's good. If all else fails, than you have that site.
