    512 MB of PC-133 SDRAM
    S3 Savage4 VC

Erm, nothing else really that great...

256 MB (Maybe 512 MB) of PC 2400(/2700) DDR RAM
Nvidia (Don't know what brand yet) Ti4200 OR Radeon 8500

Yes. I am a Yank, and proud of it! I did have a PIII 600 paired with RDRAM, which is why no one would buy it, so I traded it for my grandma's old computer, a Celeron 350, which I am now using as my server, and I bought a new computer with the money I got for christmas.

    AMD Duron [email protected]
ECS K7S5A w/ onboard AC'97 crap sound and onboard LAN
256MB PC133 (my mobo takes both DDR and SDRAM, but I could only afford SDRAM when I bought it)
    TNT2-M64 32MB Video Card
    Generic 10/100 Card
    Sony 24x/10x/40x CD-RW
Some generic 52x CD-ROM which is too loud to use
    Generic Floppy
    Couple of Mods

    and that's about it.

oh yeah, I'm buying a 60 gig HD at the comp fair when i get my paycheck this weekend.

LOL. That's quality there! I have my 200mhz still running as well. But it's got a network card to take advantage of the DSL.

Only 95A on that thing?! Oh, you said you only have 32mb of RAM huh? I have my 200 running windows 2000, and it's only got 96MB of EDO RAM, but it's an Intel board, so that keeps it running. I just checked DNS2Go, and it says that the 200 has been up since 1:27 AM on 4/4/2002. It is now 6:56PM on 4/8/2002, so it's been running for at least 4 days. Damn that's a long time for that little guy.

    Why did you trade a P3 600 for a Celeron 350?

RDRAM isn't necessarily slower, just not much faster than SDRAM.

I didn't really need it, and my Grandma had been bothering me for some time about upgrading her computer. So I said here, you can have my old one when I get my new one, so I gave it to her. It's kind of hard to say no to your grandma, well for me it is, so I just let her have it. It was sitting under my bed in a box anyway.

My grandma is one of the main people that got me into computers. I was using her old 286 when I was like 5 or 6 years old to make stuff in BASIC. I'll put it this way... she knows her $h!t.

My mom on the other hand... she can't figure out how to open Solitaire.

LOL isn't it funny how parents sometimes try to act like they know what they are talking about and it sounds soooo funny when you know that they are talking no sence... lol

and not just parents.. My friends are like... "Yeah, I got this new PC.... it has 40GB speed and it's soo fast " and I'm sitting thre trying not to laught but it's sooo funny when they start to argue that their 2Ghz P4 is their interent connection speed
