Give eBay a shot-- I found a decent amount of results in the US...I'm sure eBay Canada has to have something.

Are you sure that MS Word existed for Windows 3x?
Prior to Win 9x, I used Word Perfect under DOS & Win 3x. At the time there was no word processor which came close to it.
Perhaps you should be looking for Word Perfect instead of Word.
BTW: None of the word processors under DOS/Win 3x were much like modern word processors.

Word existed under windows 3.11 - my wife wrote all her graduate papers/thesis using it.
It had a lot fewer features, but templates ( .dot ) from Word 5 or older are readable by newer versions of Word.
