    well.....you can try coolfreepages.com but they suck (trust me, I used to use them).....try flohost.com, it's not free, but has good deals

    Nobody is going to give you something for nothing. You are going to have to pay if you want reliability and speed and the perks of things like mysql and php

    If they do, there'll be catches like you have to register a domain with them, or keep under a tiny bandwidth limitation, or use their dial-up service or something like that.
