    I think he's asking if your ISP can bypass your security because they're your ISP. I think the answer is no...

    Well, there are issues with certain Linksys broadband router firmware that'll allow people to use SNMP to get info on your internal LAN. I'm sure other vendors have the same holes, as I think Linksys, Netgear, etc. but and repackage the chips.
