I have no idea how to make such a thing but i heard there is something called winsock. I have no idea what it is or what it does. I am wondering if you could make a program and have it on 2 computer so that you can talk to someone on the other computer or send files to the other person. Is this possible? Would you have to connect through the modem or be on the internet and then connect to each other?
