Site needs improving

ok, our counter-strike clan [ICE] has had a site for a few months now, and we feel it needs a new look, can anyone give us any recomendations (Besides Taking It Down ) to improve it, thanks

also any help will be appreciated

lol, but pls guys i'm not just talking colours, i need a completely different look to it, as were currently competing with Clan |-SD-| on our web designing abilities

We'll there's nothing special or complicated about their site.

But as to giving you a full idea for a layout, I couldn't do that. I can never even think of layouts on my own.

When I need to make a new layout, I usually just browse a whole bunch of sites and scribble down things I like about them. I compose them all together and see what I can come up with.
