A Virginia man faces up to five years in prison after breaking into a house wearing just a bib and nappy.
Robert Alan Woods says he gets sexual pleasure from dressing and acting like a baby.
He admitted breaking into his neighbour's house and waiting in her bed with a tin of baby food.
Woods, 30, told a court in Roanoke he has a problem which needs help.
He said: "I am very sorry for what I've done, because I realise I made a big mistake."
He already faces two other parole hearings for burglary wearing nappies, the Roanoke Times reports.
The court heard Woods broke into his neighbour's home wearing a nappy and Tweety Bird bib.
When his neighbour returned home and found him in bed he apologised and started getting dressed.

yes. He came over and did his show from here a year or so ago.
I think the guy was even born here.
