    Red face How to do this...GIF...???

    Hi,

    I want to show an animated GIF in my VB application and it shouldn't flicker when showing.

    Is this possible...???

    Tell me the way to do it if it is possible.

    there's several freeware ocx's out there that do it for you.
    i've attached one (dxanimatedgif.zip +-40K zipped) that i found a while back, haven't really played with it though

    It works and displays the gif without flicker, but Im sure there are better ones out there that have more features and dont give lame messages if its not a gif. But if all ypu want to do is play a gif, this isn't too bad.
