Like the option to save the search results too, but you should give the option on the file menu a shortcut key (like CTRL+S) and set the flags of the commondialog control to 4...that'll get rid of the "Open file as read-only" checkbox

Reccon you should make the help file into a frames page and consider hosting it on a website instead of on the person's local machine...so you can update it easily.
