How is this possible?
If you have wind, and the temperature is -7(C), how is it possible
that the windchill factor is 0(C)?

I think windchill is a factor rather than an absolute..so effectively the wind is too weak to make it any more cold.
That said, -7 is cold enough

It's a bit far over to be a chinook wind. But here, it cn be -25C and the Chinook wind comes in (from the Pacific) and the temperature shoots up to +7C.
It's quite wierd. Really warm wind. I usually only get that after a night of Guinness.

You'll get a shocker when you go back to Scotland.
Rain all year, even midsummer.

Sometimes it stops raining for a day to be replaced by snow

Why do you think I left?
I remember the summer last time I was in Scotland.
It was on a Wednesday I think.....
