Help Workshop

I had no trouble making a standard index and search form that works.The help was good untill this point.Now I want to create a table of context and incorporate it to my project with links(just like standard).The help falls short in this respect.I really don't want to use a different program,I just want to learn how this one works. Any help is appreciated.

You need to create an RTF file which will be your Index File (I think that's what it called, haven't used Help Workshop in a long time). I think I still remember how to make one but it's a long explanation...

Any sources for info you might suggest? I already have an index and the visual contents page written,but no info on putting it all together to make the contents part of the project.
