That's kinda pointless unless you're running a server, 512 is enough for nearly anybody right now...it pisses me off how many comp makers are STILL shipping with 128

I always hate it how some PC manufacturer purposefully put too little RAM in machines that non computer literate people will buy, it just forces them to spend more and more money.....
Apple are guilty of this too some machines which ship with OS X (min RAM 128M) only come with 64, thus forcing ppl to almost immediately buy again....
Will they never think that customer satisfaction will bring them business, and forcing us to buy only makes us bitter and twisted? (Oh wait I was any way )

Which Macs still ship with 64 MB considering that OS X is now the default OS on bootup?

I really hate how they say a computer comes with 64 megs of ram. But they give you 2 32 slots instead of 1 64

Only the POS Itanium, the Clawhammer/Sledgehammer not only runs 32 bit apps wonderfully (better than Athlons or P4s) but supports 64 bit ones

Yeah well a good portion of the money I get goes towards my computer, i don't care about a car, etc, it's not that important
