MDAC on Windows by default?
Hi,
I heard somewhere that MDAC was installed by default on Win2000 and WinXP. Is this true? Does this mean that every machine running these operating systems will have MDAC installed, guaranteed? If so, what versions?
Any help would be appreciated..

I know that Win2000 does not come with the latest version, 2.6, I don't know about XP, but it is probably a safe bet to include it in your packaging, because depending on the installation options chosed, MDAC may not be installed at all.
