    shadow on graphics card

    i put in the new card and now when i boot up there is a really bad shadow on the screen, and when i had my old card it wasn't there so i don't think that it is the monitor

    any ideas what might be causing it, if i can't fix it by wednesday i will take it back, as i haven't paid for it yet

    Some people have told me they don't think a fat penguin really embodies the grace of Linux, which just tells me they have never seen a angry penguin charging at them in excess of 100mph. They'd be a lot more careful about what they say if they had.

    an old TNT Vanta 32MB card but with Creative Labs name on it

    oh and AGP!!
