need help with form
i have to program this form as part of a website for a college course but it doesnt seen to work . The URL is:

I need this as soon as possible, if any one can see a mistake please dont hessitate to contact me
I am a newbie to forms but not to HTML. My site is going under the knife as we speak so it is really crap, not just crap.

i couldnt think of a subject
i have transfered the form to:

Just click on the booking form link at the top of the page
the problem is that it wont send, except via outlook i just want it to send my email account.

you can't use html to do that. you have to do it with a server language such as ASP or PHP

thanx...
...this was for a college course and wasnt getting ne response from my lecturer so i posted ere. My lecturer, who has now responeded, tells me that it can be done in HTML. but ill see him tomorrow.
