    Sound?

Something like an audigy VS my integrated sound. My sound is pretty good right now, I just dont see how it could improve, but surely it does.

Your speakers must be crap then because AC97 audio blows

Listen with some headphones...good headphones...and you'll see how it sounds tinny

a Sound Blaster Audigy is good...if you want to save money see if you can find a Hercules Muse XL, it's pretty cheap and it sounds decent too =)
    I'm bringing geeky back...

I had the same sound chip as you, it's better than AC97 but still not that great

    Ok so the advantages are:

    1. Fuller stronger sound
    2. Less static and stops in games
    3. Support for more then 2 speakers

    anything else?

Maybe they should come with a dictionary...
    3. Support for more than 2 speakers

They can come with digital outputs for integration with your home theatre.
