Yes it is possible, Emulator's (or so I think that is what they are called) will let you compy and play playstation games on your computer. But that's all I know about it. Sorry.

I just use the keyboard, but I can't really play any games because the guy who's supposed to be ripping me some games is too lazy to get off his duff and do it ( A little perturbed here)

I don't think Visual Basic is good for games (especially Playstation games), you would a more powerful language like C++.
