    Safe Sites detection

    am building my own web browser and i was woundering if there was a way that it could recognise something in html
    eg:

    if this was part of a websites source:
    <html>
    <head>
    <ck=safe>
    </head>


    how could i get my browser to display an image or something if it detects <ck=safe>

    please help

    also is there a way to make a web browser regoggnise the PICS code thing ?
