    I am uploading the DOC file i want to convert this DOC file ino HTML while uploadig
    ' this file using dll
    ` ' will anyone can tell me the code otrtell me to craete that dll

    Why go for a DOC? Better use a RTF Formatted file which will be easier to convert into HTML.

    that would be simpler in my humble opinion.
