How to compile PilRC v2.9?
i had downloaded the PilRC v2.9 .zip package(sources) from the site:
http://www.ardiri.com/index.php?redi...ubcat=download
May i know how to compile the PilRC? I am using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0
Are there any ways of compiling PilRC?
Also, there is another PilRC v2.9 .zip package(win32) that i had downloaded and have problems running the PilRC.exe and had the error "CYGWIN1.DLL" not found.
How can i run PilRC?

I think you need to get CygWin from www.cygwin.com.
It's a POSIX environment for Windows.
