IE6 supports 128bit encryption out of the box, does IE 5/5.5? I can't remember

I know the US had export restrictions on 128bit for a while so I was thinking perhaps it didn't for "international" versions

yeah i am pretty sure it does cause a few years ago (before ie 6 i think) A website made me download 128 bit encryption
