Could not find the file! Installation Error
I purchased the Visual Basic .net Standard edition. When I try to install it, all I get is the message "Could not find the file!". No explanation as to which file it cannot find. This is the released version. Does anyone know what file it may be looking for? I'm running Windows ME.

VB.NET or any other VS.NET Language will only run on WinNT, Win2000 or WinXP.
It wont run on WinMe, Win98 or Win95.

Thanks for the info. I confused the .NET Framework system requirement with the actual development tool. Looks like I'll have to upgrade to XP sooner than I thought.

XP is worth the upgrade..especially from ME since ME has got to be the most unstable piece of junk from MS ever..
