I was just wondering... do you say 'indeed' as much in real life as you do in your posts here? I mean, to me that's one of those things people never say, like "why, look at that" - noone says the 'why' any more.
You just seem to like saying it that's all =)

Well, I do use it quite often in "real" life, indeed, I find it quite indespensible. 
Could you suggest a more modern equivilent to use in it's place?
Perhaps I've been reading too many books by 18th century philosophers. I will start using words like: explication, connexion and betwixt next...
Everything I say is either loose interpretation of dubious facts or idle speculation rooted in irrational sentiment.

I use "indeed" quite a bit, too. Mind you, it was in common usage in my day...
