Illegal
The copyright laws still apply for VB4, so it will be illegal for you to download it.

You'd probably have to find it on a warez site. I don't know of any. But if you search hard enough..you will find one. But I'd suggest you buy it off E-bay. Good luck.
Plus, no matter what computer you put it on, whether it be an old computer or new. It's illegal.

Whether you distribute Applications made with it or not, it's still illegal to own if you did not pay for it. I'm sure you can get cheap Acedemic pricing if you are a student.

G.Kumaraguru, what makes you think I'm answering Warez questions? Before you judge me, take the time to read my replies. You'll see that I told him that it was illegal.
Drewski, yes I did get my name from Transformer's, but I'm referring to the original series that aired back in the 1980's.
