    I am new on game programming (but not new to vb) and I want to program games, how can I start off, does anyone know a good and easy basic tutorial out there? A little help would be appreciated. Thank you!
    Dim VB as MyLife
    if VB = True then
    Load MyLife
    Else
    Unload MyLife
    End
    End If

    My favourite is http://www.ur.co.nz
    there you can learn easy and advanced techniques.

    For more you can go to http://www.vbexplorer.com. A huge page where you can learn gameprogramming from the beginning not as good but easier.

    Well, i could recommend my site, it's not as good as Fox, but you could learn some stuff there
    Use
    writing software in C++ is like driving rivets into steel beam with a toothpick.
    writing haskell makes your life easier:
    reverse (p (6*9)) where p x|x==0=""|True=chr (48+z): p y where (y,z)=divMod x 13
    To throw away OOP for low level languages is myopia, to keep OOP is hyperopia. To throw away OOP for a high level language is insight.
