Is there anyway to make a program that would view a folder and all its contents thats on the net?

it is easy for ftp servers or unix telnet servers but it might be quite hard for http servers

Oh yeah if you have the pass then you can use inet or someother control that allows remote access and then connect, and display the contents. But see if you are looking to display the files of a site, you wouldn't go through http b/c most/all sites are kept on ftps. So i would suggest connecting to the ftp instead (i love the Mabry FTP control for thatwww.mabry.com) and get a list of the files in whatever directory.
