    I like that Vb.net allows the user to define
    collapsible code regions within their code
    using #Region #End Region. And
    that Vb.net uses these regions for system
    generated code. It keeps things nice and neat.

    A few things for me:

    -Ease of Console Apps (i'm old fashoned i guess)
    -Better NT Services Framework (NTSVSC.OCX is BAD)
    -XML Runs Almost Everything (should be Visual Studio .XML)
    -Ease of Transparency (i like see thru stuff, like Linux stuff)
    -Web Forms (VB forms thru ASP, so nice...)
    -SQL Access is a breeze..... (i hate databases, so this is good)
    -Did i mention Console Apps.....
