Resizing partitions
If you don't want to buy Partition Magic whatever, I can send you a free DOS-based program that'll do exactly the same thing. Just give me your email address. If I can't check this page often, write to [email protected] and I'll be sure to reply.
Here is my suggestion. If you don't like it, bite me.

Drive Remapping
Why not leave your drives as is? If you want to combine the drives, consider the following.
There is more to combining the three partitions than merely resizing and copying data. You probably have references to your D & E drives in Shortcuts, Program menus, et cetera.
PowerQuest (who markets Partition Magic) also has a product called Drive Mapper, which can be used to change all references to D & E after you combine the data, programs, et cetera. There are probably other utilies to do this.
One reason for not combining the drives is the possibility of installing a second drive. You are likely to need one soon. If a second drive in a future possiblity, you will be able to copy your current D-Drive data to the second drive without any requirement for remapping references.
