How would one revolutionize the music industry in a small way?

I'm lookin for something to do that has to do with Mp3, MPEG-4 (VQF/AAC/AC-3), or WAVE. I want it to be something that people will actually like. I don't know why I want to do this. I just do.

    You guys have any ideas??

Shoot Britney Spears, or something similar...

I heard George Lucas, under duress from his daughter cast N'Sync in Star Wars II.
They play a bunch of Jedi Knights, who appear on screen for about 1 second to get blown up....

    Now THAT is revolutionary!

The other day my wife and I were talking about Madonna. So Hugh (8) says "Who's Madonna?"

Me: "You know Britney Spears? Well think of her, but Mum's age. That's Madonna"

    Hugh: "Gross"

    Anyway to answer the question:

    1) I would make Rap illegal.

    2) I would make it compulsory to watch Anastacia videos. Now that lady can move! She has the most amazing Toblerone Tunnel I've ever seen.

I would make Ed Wood CEO of Time Warner, BMG and EMI.

How about real-time MP3 compression for voice-chatting over the 'net? I wonder if there's something that can do real-time MP3 compression, that would make voice-chatting worthwhile.

    Don't you agree?

I have a theory of a new graphics compression thing that would have the image quality of a bitmap but is much much smaller. It is just in theory stage though

You could have a media file filled with hundreds of people shouting "NI!!!" asynchronously.

Too bad George Lucas directed Star Wars. He is a horrible director/writer ... horrible. His general concepts are cool, but he should have handed the execution to someone else.

Re: How would one revolutionize the music industry in a small way?

well i am very interested in creating a new compression method, although dont know how any of it is save currently but it would be cool. Also I would like to save a picture smaller too, that would be cool! I think if I learned more about it I could do it. I think I can really work through problems like this rather easily. Although then you really have to consider, wouldnt there be a smaller one if it was possible already? Not neccicarily, and thats where we come in.

Im serious if anyone wants to venture into doing this just PM me or something...
