connect a server

this is my idea
when connect to web server app request
this script with username and password
as parameter this script cheak
user name and password then
log his ip address in our database
then send him the whole list of username
and ip address

second page to send a message
with like our vbforum message page

then we need a asp coder
who write the asp script for us
Ok... so what about modes? And, should we have it send their IP, maybe we should do it like napster(except with vb stuff), if thats what you are wanting to make it like...

Im glad you like it, but see, im still kinda new to those kinda
effects, so... I dont know how to do that... Could you tell me how?
And what background has to be bigger? (not everyone use that resolution,
I use the first 1000X700 one(dont know exact specs of it)).
Thats why I only made one page...(if i messed it up, I didnt waste alotta time)
Also, I dound out that the nav bar doesnt expand, I got another one that does,
its is a stereo one, but Ill try to fix this one up first... Well,
